ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN NASABAH
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terhadap keputusan nasabah. Teknik yang digunakan adalah metode survei, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Populasi penelitian adalah nasabah priorotas Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Batu Aji sebanyak 96 nasabah. Sampel sebanyak 26 responden, dengan Teknik sampling sensus. Hasil penelitian Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Produk berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah. Pelayanan, Produk, dan Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah.
