INCREASING THE POTENTIAL OF SEKOLAH PENGGERAK THROUGH EMPOWERING COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS ISLANDS BASED AT SMAN 1 KEPULAUAN POSEK KABUPATEN LINGGA

Abstract


Abstract. The potential of SMA Negeri 1 Kepulauan Posek as a driving school has not been optimally developed. The objectives of this community partnership strengthening activity are to 1) increase the potential of driving schools to meet electricity needs through PLTS, 2) strengthen the implementation of P5 for teachers with reference to the potential of island schools, and 3) strengthen the potential of students to utilize schools in island areas to understand P5. SMA Negeri 1 Kepulauan Posek conducted community strengthening activities including 1) installation and assembly of PLTS for school operations, 2) internal training for teachers and education staff on the implementation of P5 and identification of island areas, 3) conduct workshops on the theme of P5 management for students based on island areas.Based on the results of the community partnership strengthening activities 1). SMA Negeri 1 Posek received effective and efficient power supply from PLTS to support the teaching process. 2) Based on the results of the post-test, the internal P5 training of teachers and the POC workshops to support the school's P5 activities were declared effective. Based on the results of the community partnership strengthening activities of SMA Negeri 1 Kepulauan Posek, the potential of the driving school was effectively enhanced
