Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Budaya Organisasi, Teknologi, Kepemimpinan Dan Spiritualitas Terhadap Engagement Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Puskesmas Se-Kota Tanjungpinang

Abstract


Untuk melaksanakan pelayanan prima, maka sudah seharusnya Puskesmas memiliki sumber daya manusia yang engaged sehingga mampu melaksanakan pelayanan dengan sungguh-sungguh dan saling mendukung dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik, budaya organisasi, teknologi, kepemimpinan dan spiritualitas terhadap Employee Engagement ASN di Puskesmas se-kota Tanjungpinang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ASN yang berada di Puskesmas se-kota Tanjungpinang yang berjumlah 387 orang dengan sampel penelitian sejumlah 197 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin, dengan teknik random sampling
dan instrument yang digunakan berupa kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan alat uji SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independent berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap employee engagement, kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel independent mempunyai kemampuan sebesar 78.3% mempengaruhi employee engagement ASN di Puskesmas se-kota Tanjungpinang.
