ANALISIS REGRESI UNTUK MELIHAT KONTRIBUSI KEPUASAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN SEKOLAH ISLAM NABILAH KOTA BATAM

Abstract


Abstrak. Analisis regresi adalah analisis lanjutan dari analisis korelasi. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk melihat kontribusi variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilihat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh kepuasan dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel independennya adalah motivasi kerja dan motivasi kerja. Variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan. Setelah diperoleh pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen otomatis langsung akan diperoleh kontribusi dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan analisis regresi. Hasilnya kepuasan kerja karyawan terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract. Regression analysis is a further analysis of the correlation analysis. Regression analysis was used to look at the contribution of the independent variable on the dependent variable. In this study will be the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance and the influence of satisfaction and motivation to work together on employee performance. Independent variable is motivation and work motivation. The dependent variable is the performance of employees. Having obtained the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable will automatically direct diproleh contribution of the independent variable on the dependent variable in the regression analysis. The results are employee satisfaction there is an influence on employee performance. Employee motivation there is an influence on employee performance. Job satisfaction and work motivation is positive and significant impact together on employee performance.
