Abstract

Framework penyebab ECL ada 5 yaitu 1) Split Attention, 2) The redundancy of information, 3) The lack of signaling, 4) The incoherence, dan 5) The typing mistake. Kemudian secara rinci 1) Split Attention muncul sebanyak 5 kali, 2) The redundancy of information muncul sebanyak 6 kali, 3) The lack of signaling muncul sebanyak 6 kali, 4) The incoherence muncul sebanyak 6 kali, 5) The typing mistake muncul sebanyak 1 kali dengan total kemunculan untuk seluruhnya adalah 24 kali.
