PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN TERHADAP PENANGGULANGAN KEMISKINAN DI DESA HANGTUAH KECAMATAN PERHENTIAN RAJA KABUPATEN KAMPAR
Abstract
Abstract An investigation into the ways in which the Family Hope Program policy contributes to the alleviation of poverty in Hangtuah Village, which is located in the Perhentian Raja District of the Kampar Regency, is the purpose of this study. This study employs a quantitative methodology. Since the Family Hope Program participants are the categories for the probability sampling technique used in this study, the sample size taken is 80 people because of the size and difficulty of reaching the community. The methods of data collecting are observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation. Simple linear regression analysis is used in data analysis procedure. Testing for reliability and validity of the data is done. The findings of this study show that poverty reduction is influenced by the Family Hope Program policy in Hangtuah Village. Moreover, the study shows that 38.6% of the poverty is reduced by the Family Hope Program policy, with the remaining 61.4% being a result of other causes. Abstrak Secara khusus tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak kebijakan Program Keluarga Harapan terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan di Desa Hangtuah yang terletak di Kecamatan Perhentian Raja Kabupaten Kampar. Dalam studi khusus ini, metodologi kuantitatif digunakan. Dengan menggunakan metode probabilitas sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini dibentuk dari peserta yang merupakan penerima manfaat Program Keluarga Harapan. Delapan puluh sampel dikumpulkan karena populasinya terlalu besar dan sulit untuk dihubungi satu per satu. Observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi merupakan metode pengumpulan data. Analisis regresi linier sederhana digunakan dalam teknik analisis data. Uji reliabilitas dan validitas digunakan untuk mengetahui keabsahan data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengentasan kemiskinan dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan Program Keluarga Harapan di Desa Hangtuah. Kajian tersebut kemudian mengungkapkan bahwa 38,6% penurunan kemiskinan merupakan akibat langsung dari kebijakan Program Keluarga Harapan, sedangkan 61,4% merupakan akibat dari variabel lain.
