Narcotics have benefits in the medical or health field due to their ability to provide a calming effect. If narcotics are not used according to treatment standards, it can have a very detrimental impact on individuals or society, especially the younger generation. The use of narcotics and narcotics trafficking is considered one of the serious and extraordinary crimes because it is transnational, uses high modus operandi and sophisticated technology, is supported by a wide organizational network that systematically damages the nation, and has caused many victims. The focus of this research is on Analysis of the Judge's Decision on the Implementation of Article 114 of the Law on Narcotics (approach to case Number 226/Pid.Sus/2019/PN Tbk). The method used is normative legal research with the approach used in this research is a statute approach, case approach. From the research, it is known that judges must understand and explore the legal values of society by interacting directly, in order to formulate and understand the feelings of law and justice lived by the people. Thus, judges will give decisions that are in accordance with the law and achieve justice based on Pancasila.
