Penelitian bertujuan untuk mempelajari sejauh mana aplikasi metode EOQ dan MaterialRequirement
Planningdapat mengendalikan investasi pengadaan material pada PT. Aker Solutions.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi metode EOQ dan Material Requirement Planning
memberikan nilai cumulative material investment dan overdue investment yang lebih rendah daripada pengeluaran
PT. Aker Solutions saat ini. Sehingga perusahan dapat menghemat biaya persediaan sebesar 49,33% per tahunya
atau setara dengan SGD 58.498 per tahun. EOQ dan Material Requirement Planning, investasi pengadaan material
Analisa perencaan persediaan komponen stem untuk Bonnet Valve Handwheel Operation, bertujuan untuk
meminimasi biaya persediaan dan mengendalikan sistem inventory
