INTEGRASI METODE SCM PENGELOLAAN BISNIS JASA TRANSPORTASI TRUK TANGKI CPO DI KOTA DUMAI
Abstract
Proses tranpostasi truk tangki CPO yang terjadi di wilayah Kota Dumai, pada saat ini memiliki beberapa kelemahan yaitu : lamanya waktu distribusi, panjangnya antrian di pintu masuk pabrik dan kepastian kapasitas order oleh transporter. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan metode untuk mengatur distribusi dari bisnis jasa transportasi Truk Tangki CPO tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai permasalahan rute distribusi CPO kendaraan truk tangki ke kawasan industri pengolahan CPO di Kota Dumai menggunakan model Saving Matrix untuk membahas rute truk tangki CPO yang masuk ke Kota Dumai menuju ke tiga lokasi kawasan industri di Kota Dumai yaitu, Kawasan Industri Lubuk Gaung, Kawasan Pelabuhan Pelindo 1, dan Kawasan KID Pelintung. Selain itu membahas permasalahan solusi distribusi SCM dengan metode Transportation Management System agar lebih efisien dan efektif untuk pengaturan rute maupun informasi data dalam distribusinya.References
